I have recently upgraded from windows 7 to 10 on one computer, purchased another and the 3rd has been on windows 10 the full year that we have had it. I have a LaserJet CPnw that worked fine until the last few weeks. The new computer, it isn't recognised to install, the one that was just upgraded, it is still listed, but not working and the laptop that has always been windows 10, it printed in the last month, now with no changes, only a windows update, the printer is gone and won't re-install.
Attaching the USB cord doesn't work and I have checked on HP's webiste, for over 5 hours searching for a solution, and even though, there is supposed to be updated drivers to download, when I download them, the file for the installs the drivers for the Nothing is working посетить страницу I am at my wits end.
